Preserved To Witness Faithfully. Not Removed Leaving The World Without Hope.

The church has never once in history been spared from suffering for His glory. It has been required to endure and to make Jesus known until the last drop of blood is spilled... "The blood of the martyrs is the seed of the church" - Tertullian.

Isaiah 26:20/21

Come, my people, enter your chambers, and shut your doors behind you; hide yourself, as it were, for a little moment, until the indignation is past. For behold, the LORD comes out of His place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity; the earth will also disclose her blood, and will no more cover her slain (Revelation 16:4/7).

  • The theme of scripture, the history of the church and the echelons of time have shown us that God has never once removed His saints out of danger or trouble to avoid making the truth known while He pours out wrath. Quite the contrary, He has always used the saints up until their final breath, even using their death as a final witnessing tool (go look up the word ‘witness’ when Jesus speaks it to His disciples… newsflash, it translates to MARTYR) that one may be saved. Go speak to brethren in the underground church and they will tell you of miracles where people who killed another brother or sister for their faith end up becoming like another Saul turning into Paul, among countless other examples.

  • The crushing reality in the Western church is that so many are not prepared for the realities of endurance, witnessing, going through misery for the glory of God or even imprisonment and torture. A majority of the church in the West is either complacent, has been taught of secret escape, or believes that all tears were wiped away and death is no more since 70AD. The god of this age has been incredibly busy manipulating the minds of many teachers, many well meaning brethren, many institutions and many systems of thought all in order to leave as many saints as possible unprepared to do as Jesus commanded, placing their hope instead in something convenient, like a secret escape, or that all of the bad things happened in the past already.

  • The end of the age is going to be both chaotic and beautiful. Most of us still alive will be killed for our faith (Revelation 2:10, 6:9/11, 12:11, 13:10, 14:13, 16:4/7), while just as many will be offended and deny the Lord (Matthew 24:9/14), maybe for a season, or forever (Isaiah 63:1/6, Revelation 19:11/21). The true test will be whether you will trust Jesus at His Word and commands, or whether you will trust in what man says about the Word from their own understanding, or vain imaginations inspired by demons.

Time is short.
