About The Author
Daniel Friedel is an author, a simple person who follows the Lord Jesus and enjoys writing things inspired by the Holy Spirit and Word to encourage others to follow Jesus in the same simplicity (John 14:26, John 16:13). Some of the things written and spoken about can come across as harsh or sound mean, but it is intended to stir love and good works in stagnant hearts that have either been compromised or become complacent in this world going mad and conforming Jesus to its own image and likeness (2nd Corinthians 11:3/4).
Daniel has written and published 11 books (more to come) in hopes that it will help others to follow Jesus with more authenticity, humility and surrender.
The topics vary from 365 daily devotionals (some 70 day devotionals), Christian poetry, the history and current reality of persecution and martyrdom, spiritual warfare (and more to come).
Many of us understand that the days are getting darker, and the hope is to stir a fire in the bellies of those who have discernment and are paying attention, that they do not become pessimistic or numb, but cling tighter to Jesus and to make Him known more boldly as the night rapidly approaches (John 9:4, Matthew 24).
The prayer is for souls to be saved, set free and knowing the King of kings who is coming (soon) to make all things new. So we cry MARANATHA until He splits the skies, serving Him faithfully, no matter the cost (Luke 9:57/62).
The Goal Of This Ministry:
Encouraging the reader to come back to the simplicity of Christ Jesus,
while fleeing from the error of conforming Him to your own ideologies.

My Commitment To You, The Reader:
First, let me ask you a serious question... are you following an 'idea' of Jesus?
What if I told you that many are following a 'type' of Jesus that is not of the scriptures (who is the same, yesterday, today and forever), and that they are following a Jesus of XYZ religion, XYZ teacher, XYZ denomination and XYZ ideology?
- Many are following a ‘Christian Nationalist’ Jesus.
- Many are following a ‘Reformed’ Jesus.
- Many are following a ‘this and that denomination’ of Jesus.
- Many are following a ‘anything goes’ Jesus.
- Many are following a ‘prosperity and success’ Jesus.
Much of this is now being exposed truly as THE FALLING AWAY (because they have no love of the simplicity of the truth).
In my books, I seek to encourage both believers and those yet to be, BACK to the simplicity of Christ Jesus, His Word, His Holy Spirit and truly beginning to use discernment again in a world that is constantly conforming and compromising all things. I do not attempt to do this through 'happy speak', 'ear tickling' ‘the culture war’ or some other typical method, but through blunt, hard truth straight from the scriptures and through personal, relatable life experiences. Following Jesus is not easy BECAUSE it has been conformed and manipulated to such a degree that so many folks are merely following an ‘IDEA’ of Him, a ‘SYSTEM’, instead of Jesus Himself.
My hope is to encourage and inspire you to follow Jesus with more fire and zeal, a full love of the truth, embracing the Holy Spirit (John 14:26, John 16:13), coming back to the simplicity of Christ Jesus (2nd Corinthians 11:3/4), being ready for the end of the age and all that is coming (Daniel 7:21/22, Matthew 24:9/14, 2nd Timothy 3:12, Revelation 6:9/11, Revelation 13:1/10, Revelation 14:13, Revelation 16:4/7).
I want to encourage you to look at the underground church, the bloody history of our faith and knowing that we have a LIVING HOPE even in what will be the darkest moments in human history which are now closer than ever. If we are not ready in the right ways (knowing Him as He is and following Him as He is), then we may end up denying Him in offense when facing the hardest realities of our lives (Matthew 24:9/14).
My loving exhortation to all who read my books... SEEK AND KNOW the Lord Jesus as He is, no matter what it will cost you (Matthew 16:15/17, John 15:19/23). Love Him, serve Him, obey Him and live for Him, and you will not be in a position to be offended by Him!
