Be Of One Mind And One Spirit In Christ Jesus Alone.

1st Peter 3:8/12 (read along with Philippians 2:1/2)
Finally, all of you be of one mind, having compassion for one another; love as brothers, be tenderhearted, be courteous; not returning evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary blessing, knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit a blessing. For “He who would love life and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips from speaking deceit. Let him turn away from evil and do good; let him seek peace and pursue it. For the eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their prayers; but the face of the LORD is against those who do evil.”
To be of 'one mind', of 'one Spirit' and of 'one accord' is to be in obedience to what Jesus commanded us (Matthew 22:36/40, Matthew 28:18/20, Matthew 25:31/46). To be divided is to follow systems, denominations, ideologies, traditions, conformities and vain imaginations of man. The reality of our world today is that multitudes (in ignorance) follow systems and ideologies that have conformed the image and teachings of Jesus to fit their needs. More and more are waking up to this reality and fleeing from it (while being mocked, slandered and even persecuted for doing so), but God Himself is calling out His faithful remnant right now.
Here is the difficult part... to 'agree on the same things' is where many get it all wrong, because they take this to mean: "You need to agree with my denomination/system/theology/etc" when what they should be doing is going by what the Holy Spirit reveals (John 14:26, John 16:13... as He only points to the Word), instead of going by what 'sounds right' or 'feels popular' or 'looks intelligent'. Followers of Jesus need to agree with JESUS and do as HE COMMANDS, and not get stuck in the trap of 2nd Corinthians 11:3/4, where people teach an 'idea' of Jesus that is conformed or traditional according to man.
Followers of Jesus are to be led in ONE HOLY SPIRIT and not a spirit of division, delusion or by supposed 'experts' who claim to 'have the answers', because these types have been misleading multitudes for centuries. Follow Jesus and the Holy Spirit. TEST ALL OTHER THINGS!
