Choose This Day Who You Will Serve.

To this day, man must still choose whether to remain in the reality of death and destruction, or to choose life in Christ Jesus. Either way, we will give account as to which one we chose to serve.

Romans 6:15/19

What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not! Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness? But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered. And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness. I speak in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh. For just as you presented your members as slaves of uncleanness, and of lawlessness leading to more lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves of righteousness for holiness.

• Sin is the weapon used against us to separate us from our Lord, God, Savior and Creator. When we choose sin, we ultimately continue to choose the same lie that satan spoke to Eve and Adam in the Garden... "Did God really say?" When we choose sin, we choose death (Proverbs 8:36). When we choose Jesus, we embrace life (John 3:16/21). Sin is the tool of satan, simply because he hates God (Isaiah 14:12/14).

• We have been taught, unfortunately, for too long, that God loves us so much and simply 'winks' at our sin, but forget that it was John the baptizer, and then Jesus who first said: "REPENT and BELIEVE". We are called to TURN AWAY FROM the lie we have chosen to live, to STOP suppressing the truth in unrighteousness, and to place our FULL faith and trust in what Jesus alone has accomplished, and then follow His teachings to the day that our breath (Ruach HaKodesh) returns to Him (Ecclesiastes 12:6/7).

• Today, I encourage you, the reader, to choose Life. We live in an hour where death is closing in on all of mankind, while disguising itself as 'progress', as 'peace and safety', as 'technological advancement', as 'going into space to build colonies' or as some other form of 'advancement'. Choose to follow Jesus, who is VERY MUCH REAL, and to reject this world for the lies which it continues to push upon us daily. LIVE for Him and CRY OUT for His return, which is drawing closer than ever before in human history.
