God Is Personal. Talk To Him.

Matthew 14:23

And when He had sent the multitudes away, He went up on the mountain by Himself to pray. Now when evening came, He was alone there.

- There are multiple examples throughout the gospels of Jesus 'being alone' to pray. We can learn a great deal from this. It reminds us the importance of intimacy with the Father, drawing near to Him, pouring out our hearts and laying down everything at the foot of His throne.

- May we practice daily the very natural habit of COMMUNICATING with our Creator, Savior, Father, King, Friend and Confidant... if we lose sight of this, then we only follow a 'system' every week, or a 'go with the flow' set of rituals without any real relationship with the One who truly knows us.
