Let's talk about submitting to God.
Submitting to God requires a surrender of self.
Submitting to God requires a death to self and all that you hope to be.
Submitting to God requires that you stop lying to yourself, stop living a lie and start listening to what God has to say through His Word, and not how others portray His Word through their own understanding (do not even take my word for it... simply study the scriptures on your own [John 14:26, John 16:13]).
