Jesus Is The Meaning Of Life

This world will constantly try to draw you into something that 'sounds' like it gives meaning and purpose, but the reality is that this world is full of lies, delusions, false comfort, false success, false prosperity and just overall falsity in all aspects of life.

Truly, to know Jesus is to know the meaning and purpose of Life (John 14:6). To know an 'idea' of Him is only to get either a portion of the truth or none of it at all because that 'idea' can be utterly conformed to ones own ideology (2nd Corinthians 11:3/4). When we follow Jesus as He is, there is no room for error (John 14:26, John 16:13).

In a world and time where everything is rapidly racing to a 'golden age', to 'peace and safety', to 'everything is getting better' or to 'follow these 10 steps to improve XYZ', it can be easy to lose focus of just trusting, following and taking Jesus seriously at His Word. If we join in with a world going mad and becoming drunk with pleasure, with Babylon, with comfort, then we can find ourselves doing one of two errors... living a lie, or living a lie 'in the name of God'.

Follow Jesus in true, authentic faith. The night is already here, and the sun is almost completely set forever.
