The Dead Made Alive.

Just as the chosen, covenant people had failed for a season and God brought them back, so will the arrogant Gentile church fail and have a faithful remnant be brought back to life.

Ezekiel 37:4-6

Again He said to me, “Prophesy to these bones, and say to them, ‘O dry bones, hear the word of the LORD! ‘Thus says the Lord GOD to these bones: “Surely I will cause breath to enter into you, and you shall live. “I will put sinews on you and bring flesh upon you, cover you with skin and put breath in you; and you shall live. Then you shall know that I am the LORD.”

[1]  This scripture in particular refers to Israel. But it also foreshadows the dead coming back to life at the command of the Lord. When the Ruach Hakodesh (Holy Spirit, breath of God) enters us, we are alive forevermore.

[2] A person cannot know that they are alive unless they know the 'Source' of why they are even existing. The world lies to us. But God has given us life, new life and eternal life to come IF we trust, follow and repent to Jesus.
