The One Who Fashions Hearts For His Glory.

If you do not trust God to fashion your heart for His glory, then the world will gladly continue to do so.

Psalm 33:13/15

The LORD looks from heaven; He sees all the sons of men. From the place of His dwelling He looks on all the inhabitants of the earth; He fashions their hearts individually; He considers all their works.

• God is the only One who gives a New Heart, a New Mind and a New Character which is rooted in Christ Jesus. This, of course, only comes when one has truly accepted Christ Jesus as their Lord and Savior, has repented and chosen to follow Jesus and walk according to His teachings and being obedient to His will. God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.

• God is the only One who knows the why behind the what, and this should terrify all who consider it. He is literally the only One who knows why you do every single thing that you do. He knows the motives we carry when we take on a task in front of us or when we sin or do wrong or right to others. He alone understands what makes a person ‘tick’, whether we realize it or not. This is why we must always ‘examine ourselves’ as much as possible in this walk with Him.

• The beautiful reality is that when a heart is in the hands of God, a heart that is fully surrendered to Him, it can and will be used for His glory. But if a heart has only surrendered parts, bits and pieces of the self to God, then it will ultimately ignore the critical things God is showing you that need to change. Pride never accomplishes anything of value. Only a heart that is fully surrendered, broken, contrite, can be used by God for His glory.
